Tennis elbow

Acupuncture for tennis elbow?

Tennis elbow is pain over the lateral epicondyle of the elbow. It refers to pain on the outside of the elbow. Pain over the inside of the elbow is ‘golfer’s elbow’. You don’t have to play tennis or golf to get either condition! They are traditionally thought of as being inflammatory conditions. This can be the case but often this is secondary to myfascial trigger point pain referral. Several different muscles can refer pain to the lateral epicondyle area and this is assessed when I see you.
