American Vets recognise acupuncture |

Their 2009 conference included lectures on the history and uses of acupuncture, as well as demonstrations of the technique on animals. The conference heard that the earliest record of acupuncture's veterinary use dates back to an Indian treatise on elephant acupuncture in 3000 BC!
