This is one of the most common complaints I see in my clinics. I think it is down to all the time we spend at our computers and driving. The shoulder is a surprisingly complex part of our anatomy. I find shoulder pain responds well to acupuncture treatment, and it is a problem I really enjoy tackling. I tend to use a mixture of Traditional Chinese acupuncture, myofascial trigger points, and Low Intensity Laser Therapy. I might also use cupping, gua sha, moxibustion and taping.
