Neurological disorders
Neurological disorders, such as multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, peripheral neuropathy and so on present clinicians with a tremendous challenge. These conditions are routinely treated with acupuncture in China and positive results can certainly be seen. Whilst there are only three studies on this page, they all have positive results in favour of acupuncture. Whilst acupuncture can't cure these conditions I think it can provide useful help in their management, alongside other treatments.
