Acupuncture for Breathing Problems
I don’t find so many people seeking acupuncture for breathing problems so much as they do for other conditions. Of the different breathing problems, asthma is the complaint that I would have most enquiries about.
Asthma.
The British Acupuncture Council haven’t yet produced a fact sheet on asthma but the Journal of Chinese Medicine website has a number of research summaries in their archive, click here to view.
Asthma, both allergic and adult onset, is very influenced by the diet that we eat. I can give you all the details you need to eat the best diet you can to help your asthma. As a sufferer myself I’ve really looked into this, and I’m a member of the British Institute of Allergy & Environmental Therapy.
